Office Extension

Broadfield Primary Introduction

Our mission is to ensure that our pupils mature into confident, self-assured, caring individuals who achieve their full potential and develop a life-long love of learning.

We believe all children deserve a excellent education and we will achieve this through quality teaching, high expectations and through the three way partnership which exists between the school, the parent and the pupil.

We know that children learn best if they are happy and able to fully concentrate on their work.  With that in mind, we are fortunate to enjoy excellent play and educational facilities on our large school site.

We also take great pride in looking after the children pastoral needs as well as their academic ones.

This project was slightly different to most, the school required an empty space (externally) made into a useful office space (Internally).  The brief would include connecting the open space to the existing school, generating additional office space for the school staff.

The new building was to be manufactured in SIPS to provide excellent insulation. And be externally timber cladding, giving this a modern new appeal.

Once the new structure was complete, the internal lay out would be completed, removal of existing windows and walls, this would form the new office entrances.

Bridge Eco Classroom built a stunning extension for the school staff.  The building was manufactured using SIP panels as originally specified.  With the windows manufactured from UPVC and finished in anthracite grey to match the existing windows and doors.

The extension internally was completed with a plasterboard and skim finish to walls and ceiling.

The internally falling was carpet that ran from the existing school.

Our electrical package consisted of the LED down lights, power and data sockets.

The customer decided to fit their own heat source.

We wish Broadfield Primary the best of luck for the further, and are grateful for there business.
